Angela Teresa Rye (born October 26, 1979) is a former executive director for the Congressional Black Caucus (CBC) for the 112th Congress. Rye served on the boards of the Congressional Black Caucus Institute, Congressional Black Caucus Political Action Committee, and is a volunteer for the Seattle University School of Law Alumni Advisory, and Women in Entertainment Empowerment Network. Rye often appears professionally as "Angela Rye, Esq." and lists former CBC counsel in her career history.
